We had an excellent experience with the front desk team, who were friendly and attentive. One staff member (Loewe) stood out by helping us change rooms and spending significant time resolving my father’s cell phone issue, which greatly eased our stress. The hotel is very clean and ideally located in old Taichung, close to many dining spots. We also enjoyed the quiet second-floor lounge. It has a copy of a rare book on the history of Taichung's renovated wet markets. Truly appreciate the details to promoting Old Taichung. This level of care is rare and appreciated. Cleanest of the room. Good location

I am soooo glad the rooms are clean and comfortable except there is no safe box and the AC was either broken or set too low. No matter we did, we could not adjust the AC. We were freezing and had to put on extra clothes while sleeping. The carpet outside the rooms was gross. The public bathrooms on the sixth floor were disgusting. Even though it is located at the most ideal location, I will NEVER go back despite the staff were really nice and helpful!
